Requirements:
· Completed average studies;
· Operating knowledge in an ERP system;
· Operating knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
Organized, rigorous, eager to learn;
· Good communication skills and team spirit.
Responsibilities:
· Issuance of invoices and notices accompanying the goods;
· Preparation of documents for order delivery (declaration of conformity, warranty certificates, etc.);
· Registration of cash receipts recorded the cash register;
· Depositing cash at the bank;
· Registration of goods receptions in ERP;
· Keeping a clear record of documents (invoices, tax receipts, contracts, etc.);
· Archiving invoices, notices and their transmission to the accounting department (central headquarters).
