Job Description
Provide remote technical support (phone, email, chat) for servers, blades and applications (Windows, Linux, VMware)Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying causes and proposing effective solutionsRespond to requests related to product installation, configuration, performance and usageVerify warranty eligibility and determine necessary actionsManage cases (ticketing) and keep the customer informed throughout the resolutionMonitor and track issues until fully resolvedProvide support in escalation situationsAdvise customers and contribute to a positive experience according to standards.
