Requirements:
- Higher education in agronomy
- Previous experience in field agriculture is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of plants, soils, fertilization and crop protection
- Good organizational, communication and team coordination skills
- PC skills (Excel, management programs, agricultural applications)
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring agricultural works (sowing, fertilization, phytosanitary treatments, harvesting)
- Crop supervision and optimizationMonitoring the health of plants and soil, recommending the necessary treatments and fertilizations
- Preparing and managing technical documentation and reports for agricultural institutions (APIA, Agricultural Directorate, etc.)
- Collaborating with the field team, equipment operators and administrative team
- Implementing good agricultural practices and modern technologies to increase production efficiency
