The Ideal Candidate

• Young college graduate with a specialization in HVAC mechanical installations who wants to gain experience in execution
• General knowledge related to types of HVAC installations
• Seriousness, perseverance, consistency, organizational sense, desire to develop in the field of installations
• Availability to travel within the country

Attribute

• Organizing, controlling, verifying the site activity, the development and completion of the works in accordance with the project, the quality norms and conditions, the established deadlines, according to the contractual requirements;
• Carrying out and monitoring the execution according to the plans, the execution schedules and the imposed quality;
• Managing the site;
• Coordinating the activity of the own teams, team management;
• Coordinating the activity of subcontractors;
• Periodic evaluation and reporting until the completion of the project, verifying the works performed;
• Compliance with internal work procedures and rules;
• Preparing lists of the quantities of works performed and the status of the works together with the technical department, verifying the status of the works

Requirement

• Faculty of profile
• PC skills: Office (Word, X-cel), A-cad – basic
• Desire to learn and evolve
• No minimum experience required
• Driving license category B
