Individual employment contract for an indefinite period, working time 8 hours/day
Main responsibilities:
- organizes, plans, monitors the achievement of the established objectives related to the sales channel through insurance brokers;
- identifies and develops new partnerships with insurance brokers;
- identifies, develops and implements actions, measures to boost the insurance portfolio managed by insurance brokers;
- organizes, manages, controls and is responsible for the current activity according to the specifics of the organizational structure it coordinates, internal regulations and legislation in force;
- responsible for the sales results of the coordinated area;
- recruitment, selection, monitoring and stimulation of broker coordination employees;
- training (permanent training), coaching, team evaluation;
- setting objectives for the coordinated area;
- knowledge of the local market.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- ISF certifications and attestations, according to the special law regarding the field of activity;
- experience in leadership/coordination of sales teams: minimum 3 years;
- experience in working with brokers is an advantage;
- experience in insurance of minimum 3 years is an advantage;
- planning, organizing, coordinating, delegating and controlling skills;
- interpersonal communication skills, solid management and leadership knowledge and skills;
- results-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit;
- strategic thinking, analytical and synthesis skills;
- decision-making skills and assuming responsibilities;
- ability to build successful teams, teamwork skills, ability to work with people;
- ability to set and evaluate objectives (KPI and/or performance/development indicators);
- PC operation: good knowledge of MS Office;
- integrity and ethics;
- positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverenta, ambitie si optimism;
