Responsibility
- Building maintenance
- Performing scheduled maintenance for the building and utility equipment and maintaining up-to-date records of interventions (compressors, nitrogen generators, dryers, osmosis equipment, cooling tower, generators, roofs, heating/cooling equipment, etc.)
- Maintenance and updating of intervention records (planned and service) for logistics equipment (forklifts, electric pallet trucks, cranes, etc.)
- Fixing maintenance issues internally or through contractors
- Carrying out legal procedures to obtain building permits
- Maintaining the relationship with local authorities
- Maintaining the relationship with contractors
- Providing support for installation work, if necessary (electrical, thermal, water, etc.)
Requirement
- Higher technical education (civil engineering, electrical engineering)
- Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position
- Good PC operating skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills
- Results-oriented, precision and accuracy, good organization
- Dynamic, disciplined and fair person
