Your Role
Your main role is to understand the technical needs of our customers and to offer them the appropriate products depending on what we sell or what we can supply by ensuring a consultative sales experience.
Your role involves both a consultative component (direct sales, technical support and quotation) and an operational component (order preparation and sales space management).
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Providing specialized technical advice to customers (by phone or directly at the office) to help them choose the right products.
- Quotation: Preparation and presentation of technical and commercial offers, both for products in stock and for those on special order.
- Order Preparation: Receiving, processing, and physically preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup.
- Shelf Management (Merchandising): Ensuring the proper arrangement of products on the shelf, correct labeling, and maintaining a commercial appearance of the work point.
- Customer Relationship: Maintaining and developing relationships with the existing customer portfolio.
- Collaboration: Working closely with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure product availability and adherence to delivery deadlines.

Mandatory requirements:
- Completed higher education.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical specifications.
- Dynamic, responsible person with attention to detail (for preparing orders and arranging on the shelf).
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented.
- Good knowledge of PC operation.
It represents an advantage:
- Higher education in a technical field (Electrical, Electrotechnical, Energy or similar).
- Previous sales experience, especially in a similar market (electrical materials, industrial equipment).
