Job description
- – Presenting to patients the types of hearing aids and their characteristics
- Ensure the relationship between patients and company departments;
- Keeping track of patient referral channels and monitoring them
- Guidance of patients to CAS and indication of necessary documents
- Monitoring of patients tested at the workplace.
- Issuance of warranty certificates for hearing aids
- Preliminary diagnosis of device failures;
- Preparing service sheets according to specifications;
- Performing light repairs (microservice)
- Call center activity
- To present the documents regarding the issuance of a prosthesis for billing to CAS
- Issuing invoices and receipts to customers
- Prepare the house register
- Manages and is responsible for the stock of hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, production materials, fixed assets, inventory items and cash in the work point’s cash register
