Requirements
Class A CDL
1+ yr OTR/Regional (last 3 yrs) or 2+ yrs (last 5 yrs)
No more than 2 jobs (12 months) 4 jobs (3 years)
Clean safety: No DOT-preventable accidents (5 yrs) Max 2 violations (3 yrs)
Never failed/refused DOT test
No DUI in CMV; personal DUI 8+ yrs old (1 lifetime)
No safety terminations
