- Experience in transport coordination or willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge in this field,
- Good knowledge of Spanish (knowledge of German or English is an advantage),

You will have the following MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the receipt, confirmation and planning of domestic or international transport orders/projects,
- Ensuring the scheduling and optimization of routes for the drivers they coordinate, establishing the transport plan depending on the quantity of goods, the route,
- Ensuring the transmission of all details regarding the characteristics of the transport to the drivers, whose activity it permanently monitors and assists, including regarding compliance with loading/unloading conditions or deadlines,
- Tracking the status of the order throughout the journey and identifying optimal solutions for carrying out transport orders,
- Monitoring the existence of all supporting documents for transport, according to legal provisions and the agreement of the parties,
- Completion of the IT platforms dedicated to monitoring transport activity on time, according to internal procedures,
- Informing customers about the status/realization of the transport,
- Compliance with internal rules and procedures applicable at the company level.
