International Transport Dispatcher (not for beginners) | Own trucks + Subcontractors
Description:
A developing international transport company is hiring a Transport Dispatcher to coordinate its own fleet and subcontractors on domestic and international routes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of trucks and drivers
- Route organization and optimization
- Maintaining contact with drivers and customers
- Monitoring of trips (times, loads, deliveries), supplies, routes
- Managing unforeseen situations (delays, operational issues)
- Working with subcontractors (negotiation, allocation, cost control)
- Tracking the profitability of your trips
- Searching for goods for route optimization
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in transport dispatching
- English language – mandatory (written + spoken)
- Excel knowledge / PC operation
- Organizational capacity and quick reaction
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Experience with subcontractors = clear advantage
- Hungarian language = great advantage
- Full Time Program at our headquarters in Semlac-Arad
