The Ideal Candidate
- Has studies in agronomy or related fields;
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of agricultural inputs (seeds, plant protection products, fertilizers);
- Has led a team (at least 2 years) and knows how to inspire, not just coordinate;
- It is recognized for its strong relationships with farmers and market partners;
- He is proactive, positive and sees agriculture not just as a job, but as a mission;
- Has a category B license and is available for frequent travel.
