Project Manager / Coordinator
In the coming period, we want to bring to the team a project manager and a project coordinator, with relevant experience in the area of education, entrepreneurship, and career guidance, who will work with the program and project team within the organization.
Job Description
Desired Project Manager profile:
- Mandatory experience of at least 5 years of work and at least 3 years of project management;
- Ability to coordinate teams and implement & develop educational projects independently;
- Very good communication with partners from the business and academic environment (including in English);
- Planning, organizing, administration, and reporting skills on national and international projects;
- Presentation skills and support for trainings, workshops, webinars on topics related to entrepreneurship and career guidance and organizing events (such as summer schools, workshops, etc.), as well as facilitating mentoring sessions for young people;
- Skills in creating educational content, case studies on topics related to entrepreneurship and career guidance;
- Skills in achieving project timelines and budgets;
- Skills in writing project applications, proposals for grant calls;
- Ethical and professional behavior in the team and in the organization;
- Very good knowledge (written, spoken) of English and MS Office package (including working with Excel and databases);
- Financial knowledge is a plus;
- Efficient use of technology and ability to adapt to new work tools (computer, internet, MS365, LMS).
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the assigned project team, in the area of entrepreneurship, respectively professional orientation; but also actively involves in the implementation of project-specific activities (including travel depending on project activities in the country and abroad).
- Coordinates the implementation of the organization’s projects and the completion of projects within the required parameters, supporting, as appropriate, project coordinators in the completion of tasks.
- Coordinates and prepares specific content for the projects’ websites and online learning and communication platforms.
- Communicate directly with project partners and beneficiaries: teachers, young people, partner companies, colleagues from the international network.
- Contributes to the development of materials necessary for the development of projects.
- Monitors the activity of teams assigned to programs and projects, performs evaluation and reporting.
- Participates, as appropriate, in network, organization, and partner events.
- Formulates proposals for new projects and improving the quality of current projects.

- Supports the program/project manager in the development of project materials and activities;
- Updates the projects’ websites and online communication platforms;
- Collects data for project evaluation and development;
- Formulates proposals to improve the quality of projects;
- Participates in the organization of events (logistics, customer relations: schools and companies) and in trips around the country;
- Communicate directly with project beneficiaries: pupils, teachers, students, partner companies;
- Coordinates the development of databases and statistics necessary for projects;
- Coordinates the distribution of project materials to beneficiaries, monitors the project, and performs basic evaluation and reporting.
