You have previous experience in HoReCa or Retail, preferably with exposure to staff coordination (even as a shift manager).
You are an organized, responsible person who keeps calm in peak times.
You are empathetic , have a positive attitude and know how to communicate effectively (both with customers and your team).You are available to work in shifts.
Job Description
What will you do specifically in the role of Team Manager? You are the operational leader on your shift. This means that you will be with the team, making sure that everything goes flawlessly:
You are the “Captain” on your shift: You coordinate the entire activity of the restaurant during your schedule (you are responsible for the correct opening or closing of the location).
People & Atmosphere: You are with your colleagues, train new employees, divide tasks and maintain a positive energy. You know how to turn a busy moment into a team victory.
Quality & Standards: You ensure that each customer receives Mesopotamia quality. You check hygiene standards, recipes, product condition and serving times.
Operational & Figures: You manage daily working stocks to reduce losses and ensure that the financial closing of the day (cash registers) is error-free.
Frontline for customers: You manage with a smile on your face and with tact any situation that arises in the relationship with our guests.
