This role involves providing outstanding service to Croatian-speaking clients in the hospitality sector, helping to create excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Croatian-speaking guests and clients via multiple communication channels.
- Assist with booking and reservation inquiries, including cancellations and amendments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality services and offerings to provide accurate information.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service quality.
- Fluent in Croatian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece.
