Educational/qualification requirements

• Long-term higher medical studies, graduated with a bachelor’s degree, at a medical faculty accredited according to the law
• Medical services quality Evaluator/Auditor certificate is an advantage

Professional experience

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital/with hospital(s) in the field of hospital service quality
• Participation in projects in the field of quality management is an advantage

Other requirements

• Knowledge of an international language – intermediate level
• Knowledge of MS Office, use of computer technology
• Communication skills, teamwork, capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Excellent communication skills;
• Planning and organizing skills;
• Orientation towards results and achieving goals

Job description:

• – Planning, organizing and evaluating in order to implement the procedures necessary to meet the quality objectives in accordance with the company’s development strategy;
• – Participates, coordinates and periodically analyzes the level of Prepares and analyzes the Annual Quality Management Plan;
• – Permanent monitoring and periodic auditing of quality indicators and the requirements of authorized bodies in the company’s units;
• – Coordinates the development and review of quality management system documents;
• – Identifies malfunctions and potential risks in internal processes and flows, and proposes solutions to remedy them;
• – Training, evaluating and supervising the subordinate team as well as coordinating the training of medical and non-medical personnel regarding quality management in the organization;
• – Reports to the Quality Director on the functioning of the quality management system and on any need for improvement, in order to make appropriate decisions;
• – Responsible for the quality of information, at the interface with regulatory bodies in the field of quality and with the certification body;
• – Represents the organization in auditing and certification processes.
• – Knows and deepens the legal provisions, standards and regulations in force
