The group brings together the activities of Electrogrup, Nova Power&Gas, Netcity, Direct One and Wesee , companies active in the field of energy and telecommunications infrastructure projects. Along with these, E-INFRA has constantly developed and today has over 1200 employees.
We are currently looking for a Construction Manager who will be responsible for the performance of the project, the planning, organization, control and efficient coordination of all assigned project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates construction activities from concept to completion;
- Supervises on-site/off-site execution and compliance with the project, quality and HSE rules;
- Coordinates contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, automation);
- Collaborates with engineering, design and project management teams;
- Manages the relationship with the Beneficiary and contractual partners;
- Monitors the execution schedule, identifies risks and proposes solutions to recover delays;
- Provides support for Project Control & Project Planning (work situations, progress reports);
- Organizes progress meetings and ensures that technical documentation is updated;
- Coordinates activities up to reception, testing and commissioning (Commissioning).
Requirements:
- Higher technical studies (Construction / Installations / Mechanics / Energy);
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in coordinating industrial construction sites;
- Experience in energy projects and complex installations – major advantage.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and multidisciplinary approach skills;
- Thorough knowledge of construction and energy legislation and standards;
- Clear thinking, logical reasoning, ability to solve problems;
- Ability to analyze, select and correlate data;
- Results-oriented, initiative in actions;
- Concern for quality and attention to detail;
- English language skills, advanced level;
