Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of raw material flows and technical components (leather, technical materials, soles) and experience in managing relationships with international suppliers in Asia and Europe.
He is a results-oriented person, able to make quick and informed decisions in a dynamic environment, with advanced analytical skills and experience in optimizing logistics costs and material flows. He has solid leadership skills, knows how to coordinate teams and collaborate cross-functionally with production and purchasing departments.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is an advantage, as is knowledge of the Italian language. Advanced English is mandatory.

JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND BENEFITS:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager for the logistics hub in Aiud, Romania, to take over the complete coordination of warehouse operations and inbound and outbound logistics flows for the production of trekking, outdoor and protective footwear.
Main responsibilities:
You will manage and optimize the inbound logistics of raw materials (natural leather, technical materials, soles) and semi-finished components from local and international suppliers, ensuring timely supply of production lines. You will oversee the distribution of finished products to end customers, maintaining high service quality standards.
You will define and implement warehouse procedures, operational KPIs and continuous improvement projects, in close collaboration with the Production and Procurement teams. You will ensure inventory accuracy, process traceability and provide support to the internal customs department for sensitive materials.
You will also coordinate cross-functional projects with the finished goods warehouse in Italy, contributing to the efficiency of the entire supply chain.Benefits:Role with direct impact on production operations and the international supply chain.
