Hello! We are SKILLD by eJobs and we set out to connect super talents with super companies. Today, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with German, to join an international technology company in Cluj-Napoca.

Main responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time;
  • Monitor order status and follow up to prevent delays;
  • Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams;
  • Maintain the order-to-invoice process;
  • Act as main contact for customers regarding orders and inquiries;
  • Inform customers about delays or issues and propose solutions;
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team;
  • Recommend additional products or services when relevant;
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • University degree;
  • Previous experience in customer service or order management;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication German skills;
  • Advanced verbal and written communication English skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
  • Nice to have: experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
