Main responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time;
- Monitor order status and follow up to prevent delays;
- Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams;
- Maintain the order-to-invoice process;
- Act as main contact for customers regarding orders and inquiries;
- Inform customers about delays or issues and propose solutions;
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team;
- Recommend additional products or services when relevant;
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- University degree;
- Previous experience in customer service or order management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication German skills;
- Advanced verbal and written communication English skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
- Nice to have: experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
