Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage

- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is beneficial

- Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and information on hotel amenities and local attractions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure our guests’ comfort and address any special requests
- Maintain an organized front desk and handle administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism
- Resolve guest issues promptly with a positive and professional approach
