Hotel Receptionist in Cluj-Napoca

We are looking for a new colleague in the reception department of the Elania Resort&SPA Hotel, with a remarkable ability to interact with guests and provide them with a memorable experience.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Previous experience in a similar hotel receptionist role – mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English; knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and pressured environment.
• Completed higher education.

Job Description

What will you do :

• Welcoming guests with professionalism and cordiality.
• Managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs through the hotel management program – registering customers, checking rates and payment methods, collecting services provided, etc.
• Providing information about the hotel, facilities and local attractions.
• Resolving guest requests in an efficient and respectful manner.
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a memorable experience for each guest – sales, housekeeping, restaurant, accounting;

How you will work:

• With an indefinite employment contract, full-time.
• 12/24 12/48 work schedule, includes night shift and weekends
