Job Description
- Coordination of the subordinate team consisting of approximately 35 mechanists;
- Establishing the activities of subordinate mechanists and verifying the quality of their activities;
- Annual establishment of the agricultural crop plan and their rotation for the farm in Pietroiu – 8,000 ha;
- Planning and carrying out activity at the farm level (wheat, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, alfalfa);
- Preparing and monitoring the implementation of the annual agricultural production plan;
- Land preparation for crop establishment: plowing, sowing, fertilization, herbicides/pesticides;
- Monitoring and coordinating the pest control process;
- Periodic inspection of crops and assessment of their condition;
- Execution of crop maintenance works;
- Harvesting and storing crops;
- Proposing solutions for the development and optimization of the activity.
- Establishing technology for the next agricultural year;
- Monitoring the use of the technical equipment provided to ensure that it is at optimal working capacity;
- Determining input needs;
- Preparing technological sheets for each crop;
- Tracking planned versus achieved production.
