- Graduate of Agricultural High School with specialization in Horticulture, completed higher education in horticulture, agriculture or similar field.
- Solid knowledge of phytosanitary products and plant nutrition
- Customer communication skills and technical advice
- Experience in a phytopharmacy or in the sale of agricultural inputs is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical advice to customers (farmers, gardeners, individuals)
- Marketing plant protection products, fertilizers and seeds
- Issuing tax receipts, invoices and managing sales in the store
- Receiving goods and maintaining order in the workspace
