Job Description
Responsibilities / Activities
- Analyzing requirements for IT roles and defining the candidate profile
- Identifying and contacting candidates through: internal databases, job platforms, LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for:
– optimizing searches (Boolean, messages)
– writing messages to candidates
– summarizing CVs and creating shortlists - Conducting the initial screening (by phone or online)
- Presenting opportunities to candidates in a clear and compelling way
- Preparing CVs and interview reports for clients
- Maintaining a constant relationship with candidates (candidate experience)
- Collaborating with Senior Recruiters and Business Managers in recruitment processes
- Active contribution to improving internal processes (including automation and AI)
