Ideal Candidate

•University studies, specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Construction•1-2 years of experience in the field of civil construction (internships or similar projects are an advantage).•Category B driving license•Foreign languages: English written / spoken•Solid knowledge of using MS Office (Excel, Word);•Good organizational skills, prioritization and attention to detail;•Clear and efficient communication, both with internal teams and external partners;•Ability to work in a team, but also to take initiative in solving problems.

Job Description

• •Supervising and monitoring the execution of works and construction materials, respecting the project requirements, technical regulations and established deadlines;
• •Verifying technical documentation (projects, execution details, specifications) and ensuring correct implementation both in the laboratory and on the site, in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
• •Actively participating in progress meetings, analyzing the status of the works and preparing periodic reports on the status of the works, problems encountered and proposed measures;
• •Ensuring the necessary materials, equipment and workforce, through efficient planning and collaboration with the departments involved;
• •Verifying the compliance of received materials with project specifications and quality standards;
• •Planning and organizing daily activities according to project priorities, available resources and site conditions, to ensure efficient work progress;
• •Support in coordinating workers, subcontractor teams and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the execution schedule and technical requirements;
• •Maintaining efficient and professional communication with project beneficiaries, partners and involved authorities;
• •Promptly reporting any non-conformities or delays to superiors, accompanied by proposals for concrete solutions for remediation and prevention;
• •Implementing and complying with requirements regarding the quality of work and occupational health and safety, contributing to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment;
• •Participation in quality and safety inspections, tracking the remediation of identified non-conformities and verifying the effectiveness of the applied corrective measures. Benefits offered:
