Job Description
Our receptionist colleague will have the following
responsibilities :
- Greets and receives hotel guests, ensuring the accuracy of information in completing the guest accommodation form, in a friendly and hospitable manner;
- Checks the arrival list and tracks the special requirements of each reservation and adequately carries out the accommodation and check-out of each guest;
- Hand over the room key in accordance with security procedures;
- Post the purchased services and products in the system and issue the invoice to the guests for the payment made;
- Collaborates with other colleagues at the reception and from other departments such as the cleaning or kitchen departments;
- Informs guests about the services offered by the hotel but also answers their various curiosities about the surroundings.
We work in 12-hour shifts in a pleasant and friendly environment.We also accept students without experience but eager to learn and work in the hospitality field.
