- Completed secondary education – high school with a technical profile is an advantage;
- Previous work experience in an industrial environment of at least 2 years;
- Able to provide and interpret information;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Basic PC operator knowledge
- Availability to work in shifts and weekends – continuous flow;
- Mechanical skills, technical knowledge regarding the use of measuring devices (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator);
- Be available for physical activities, repetitive activities, workplace organization activities, cleaning and performing planned maintenance work;
Job Description
What you want to do:
- Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the designated equipment, in order to achieve production objectives;
- Participate in all designated activities: start/stop/continuous operation, routine checks/preventive maintenance of equipment or processes, in order to optimize the production process and ensure product integrity;
- Make adjustments to equipment and machinery in accordance with the specifications in force, in accordance with specific production procedures, in line with the principles of “best practice” – World Class Manufacturing – Autonomous Maintenance;
- Visually check and perform quality determinations in order to validate the product/process in terms of quality requirements and specifications, applying the production procedures in force; apply the necessary corrective measures to ensure the quality level of the product/process;

- Salary 5700 lei gross per contract (approx. 3350 lei net);
- Quarterly bonus between 7% and 10% of the gross income achieved in the last 3 months;
