IT Support , an organized person, attentive to details and eager to gradually evolve towards the area of server and system administration. You will work both on the technical support side for users and customers, and alongside the technical team in projects related to hosting, servers and infrastructure.
Job Description
What we are looking for in you:
- 🔹 Basic/intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- 🔹 General knowledge of networks, hardware and troubleshooting;
- 🔹 Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role (>1 year is an advantage);
- 🔹 Willingness to learn and develop in the area of server administration;
- 🔹 Good organizational and communication skills;
- 🔹 Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- 🔹 Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- 🔹 Intermediate English skills;
- 🔹 Experience with cPanel, WHM, hosting or web services is an advantage.
What you will do:
- ✔ Provide technical support to internal users and customers;
- ✔ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues;
- ✔ Install, configure and maintain workstations and IT equipment;
- ✔ Manage user accounts, emails and access;
- ✔ Monitor services and identify technical issues;
- ✔ Escalate and track technical incidents until resolution;
- ✔ Remote assistance for configurations, errors or various technical problems;
- ✔ Documentation of procedures and interventions performed;
- ✔ Gradual involvement in server and hosting services administration;
- ✔ Collaboration with the technical team to implement and optimize IT solutions.
