Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years in volume recruitment. Previous experience in HoReCa / Retail is an advantage;
- Adaptability, organizational, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to quickly juggle between volume recruitment (blue collar) and specific office/management positions (white collar);
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of resumes, phone calls and interviews, without losing sight of quality;
- Proactivity in finding new sourcing channels when classic methods no longer bear fruit.
Job Description
- Complete management of the recruitment process – profile calibration with internal managers, posting ads, CV screening, interviewing and offering;
- Identifying and attracting candidates through various channels (job platforms, social media, recommendations, local campaigns);
- Conducting telephone, online and face-to-face interviews;
- Maintaining contact with offered candidates to minimize the risk of pre-onboarding abandonment, support in collecting the necessary documents for employment and sending them to HR Admin;
- Maintaining close contact with internal managers to understand urgent staffing needs and cover them quickly;
- Maintaining the candidate database up to date and periodically reporting on the status of open projects.

H Brewery opened its doors in 2014, at the entrepreneurial initiative of Vlad Dumitru and has an area of about 5,000 sq m inside and about 3,200 sq m outside, hosting over 2,500 customers daily.
