We are looking for a Team Leader MOM&BOM and Pricing for a fixed period (approximately 2 years) for our company in Râșnov. If you like working with data, coordinating people and bringing structure and clarity to complex processes, we are waiting for you in our team.

Requirements:

• graduate of technical university studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader position and minimum 2 years in a MOM&BOM and Pricing Engineer position
• the ability and willingness to make technical decisions
• English language skills – advanced level
• good understanding of construction drawings
• computer skills (excel – advanced level, word)
• good interpersonal and communication skills
• strategic thinking oriented towards achieving results
• positive and supportive attitude, team spirit
• the ability to provide constructive feedback
• organized and meticulous person
• good mediator
• coordination, planning and organization skills
• experience in team management is an advantage
• experience in using systems: autocad, ERP/SAP

Job description:

• Leads the activity of the MOM‑BOM & Pricing team within the Sales Administration Department.
• Coordinates and strategically plans the completion of all tasks within established deadlines.
• Sets department and team objectives (quarterly and annual) and monitors their achievement.
• Conducts periodic evaluations of the activity of direct subordinates.
• Supports the professional development of the team and proposes motivation and development measures.
• Coordinates the creation of MOM and BOM in ERP for standard and special products, manufactured and purchased.
• Coordinates ERP database management (code creation, error correction, data integrity).
• Coordinates the updating of mass costs and price lists, in collaboration with the Finance Department.
• Develops and validates prices for new, non-standard and special products.
• Check the status of ongoing projects, with a focus on efficient use of resources.
• Ensures compliance and improvement of the quality of work within the team.
• Analyzes complaints and errors with the team and proposes corrective actions.
• Ensures that the actions established following 8D analyses are implemented.
• Represents the department in relation to the other departments of the company.
• Actively contributes to reducing costs and achieving company goals.
