Technical Consultant

Ideal Candidate

• Long-term university studies in the agronomic field, completed full-time (Faculty of Agriculture or Horticulture)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or specialized technical consulting
• In-depth knowledge of the product segment dedicated to plant protection (diseases, pests, weeds, recommendations for specific pesticides on crops, adapted to the situation in the field) – during the recruitment process, an interview will be held to identify the level of specialized knowledge
• Developed communication and presentation skills
• Mobility and speed of action
• Openness to new technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ppt)
• Category B driving license.

Reports to the Technical Director.

Job Description

• Provides technical support for the sales team (visits to farmers and in the field, technology recommendations, portfolio recommendations, organization of demonstration plots, etc.).
• Supports the strategic product portfolio established for the current year and ensures the implementation of the company’s strategy (technical promotion of technological packages and its own product portfolio).
• A pre-established route of visits (agreed with the Technical Director) to farmers follows in order to identify technical problems in the field and advise the farmer (depending on their complexity) and the sales team in the assigned area.
