The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years of field sales experience preferably in the automotive, tire or similar (agricultural and industrial parts) field.
- Negotiation skills and customer orientation.
- Sales skills.
- Proactive attitude, initiative and flexibility.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Passionate about his job and efficient.
- Category B driving license.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Results-oriented and with the ability to meet and exceed set goals.
Job Description
Responsibilities of the Tire Sales Representative in the Galati/Braila, Brasov area:
- Promoting and selling agricultural, industrial and passenger car tires to new and existing customers.
- Selling agricultural and industrial tires to farmers and fleets in assigned areas.
- Maintaining daily relationships with business partners and local farmers.
- Checking deliveries.
- Evidence of potential in the area and orders submitted by potential buyers.
- Sales and billing tracking.
- Maintaining links with other departments.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Achieving established sales targets.
- Participation in fairs and exhibitions to promote company products.
