• Graduate of the Faculty of Physiotherapy (studies completed at an accredited university);
• Holds a free practice permit issued by the Romanian College of Physiotherapists;
• Has good knowledge of functional assessment and planning of recovery programs
• Is communicative, empathetic, patient and oriented towards the patient’s needs;
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality and a positive attitude;
• Maintains a neat appearance and elegant demeanor, appropriate for a medical environment;
• Demonstrates a constant desire for professional development and continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Apply exercises and recovery procedures as directed by the physical medicine and rehabilitation physician
• Evaluates patients and tracks their progress, reporting the evolution to the coordinating physician;
• Guides patients in the correct execution of exercises and provides motivational support;
• Correctly uses and maintains medical equipment and clinic equipment;
• Comply with hygiene, safety and professional conduct standards;
• Maintains a neat appearance and appearance appropriate for the medical environment, which inspires trust and respect;
• Actively collaborates with team colleagues to achieve the best therapeutic results;
• Demonstrates punctuality, seriousness and positive attitude in relationships with patients and the team.
• Is available to work in shifts (schedule 08:00–14:00 / 14:00–20:00), depending on internal planning.
