Job Description
- Coordinates the maintenance activity of the company’s vehicles and equipment;
- Responsible for the efficient and quality performance of repair and overhaul work;
- Responsible for the supply of materials and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities;
- Maintains contact with maintenance and repair service providers;
- Follows repair estimates and approves repairs, taking into account their necessity;
- Receives the work carried out in the service, through punctual inspection of each machine/vehicle;
- Keep in touch with service workshops for the overhaul and repair activity of the company’s car fleet.
- Identify suppliers for procurement contracts under the most advantageous conditions for the company;
- Manages all material and spare parts procurement contracts (except for those for the procurement of recyclable materials);
- Tracks, controls and reduces costs on procurement activities and presents a report to the administrator.
