Job Description
- Coordinate and support the development of the subordinate team
- You are actively involved in the implementation of H Brewery programs and standards
- Motivate the team to achieve the set goals
- You constantly monitor the team’s activity and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Communicate clearly and organize the team’s daily activity
- Supervise the correct execution of serving, both within the restaurant and at events
- You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant opening and closing processes
- Check the accuracy of marking receipts, payment notes and tax receipts
- Know and apply standards for serving and recommending drinks
- Coordinate the daily professional training of the team
- Contribute to maintaining a culture based on professionalism, respect and involvement
- You ensure that the values and standards of the H Brewery are respected by the entire team

With a gorgeous terrace located on the shore of Herastrau Lake and bar, restaurant and pub areas inside, Beraria H is the largest brewery in southeastern Europe, located in a place full of legend – in the famous cosmopolitan and impressive building, the Soviet Heavy Industry Pavilion, known after the ’90s as Pavilion H.

H Brewery opened its doors in 2014, at the entrepreneurial initiative of Vlad Dumitru and has an area of about 5,000 sq m inside and about 3,200 sq m outside, hosting over 2,500 customers daily.
