Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of higher education at the Faculty of Construction, with a specialization in CFDP, CCIA or Hydrotechnics
- Relevant experience in design of consolidation works, minimum 3 years
- Experience in calculating consolidation/geotechnical elements (foundations, supporting structures, reinforced soil, geotechnical studies, foundation ground improvement)
- Solid knowledge of using computer technology (Microsoft Office), at least one stability calculation program and consolidation work sizing (e.g. MIDAS GTS NX, GEO5, PLAXIS, etc.), thorough knowledge of CAD, analytical and synthesis skills
- Solid knowledge of the norms and standards in force for the construction field
- Skills in using specific work programs, MS Office at an advanced level
- Knowledge of English (writing, reading, speaking) – average level.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Very good planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, orientation towards meeting deadlines and achieving objectives
Job Description
- Elaboration of projects for all design phases in accordance with the regulations in force
- Prepares technical documentation for all design phases (SF, DTAC, PTE), calculation briefs, drawn parts – consolidation and geotechnical works
- Prepares documentation to obtain approvals and authorizations from competent institutions for project implementation
- Preparation of projects in accordance with the requirements provided for in the legislation in force – consolidation and geotechnical works
- Proposals for optimizing existing projects regardless of their phase, in accordance with the needs and technologies available within the company
- Respecting the deadlines for assigned projects and communicating the necessary information and constraints to the project team in a timely manner so that the deadline can be met
- Participating in site visits to monitor the work, when needed
