Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to coordinate the pastry laboratory and actively contribute to the development of a modern gastronomic concept.
What we are looking for:
- Pastry experience: minimum 5–7 years;
- Experience in a coordination position (Chef / Head / Lead);
- Experience in oriental pastry (Turkish/Lebanese, etc.) is an advantage;
- Solid knowledge of modern and classic pastry;
- Organizational, coordination and leadership skills;
- Attention to detail and quality orientation;
- HACCP knowledge.
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and organization of the pastry laboratory;
- Creation and development of recipe books (new products and adaptations);
- Ensuring product quality and consistency;
- Managing the pastry team (organization, training, supervision);
- Control of inventories and production costs;
- Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP);
- Production planning based on needs (restaurant / retail / catering).

TATTVA is a new gastronomic concept in Brașov, dedicated to modern Indian cuisine, which combines the culinary experience with a holistic approach to lifestyle.
The project includes a premium casual dining restaurant, its own pastry laboratory, a retail area with Indian and natural products, as well as delivery and catering services. All these components work integrated, forming a unique culinary hub in the area.
