What will you do:
- Personnel files administration: from Hire to Retire;
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
- Assist employees on all wellbeing domain, facilitate access & info to our medical services;
- Ensuring that all medical leave documentation is accurate and complete;
- Communicate with public services;
- Administration of Edenred cards, including meal, holiday, and gift vouchers;
- Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries regarding benefit cards and vouchers;
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports;
- Prepare and distribute email communications about legal changes, reminders, and awareness sessions for new employees.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven relevant experience;
- Basic knowledge of labor law;
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word medium level required)
- Organizational and administrative skills;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- Enthusiastic about expanding knowledge in the HR domain
- Good English knowledge.
