We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be a responsible person, attentive to detail and with excellent organizational skills.

Job Description

• Responsible for the quality of information, reservation and accommodation services offered to hotel customers;
• Receives customers, identifies their requirements and provides the necessary information;
• Registers, schedules and assigns clients;
• Checks documents presented by clients and completes records / keeps computerized records of clients;
• Receives, registers and stores customers’ valuables;
• Issue payment notes, collect payment for services and organize the departure of clients;
• Verify and resolve, within the limits of competence, customer complaints;
• Identifies critical situations and makes them known to authorized persons/superiors.

requirement

• Qualification studies in the field;
• Minimum 6 months of experience or in a similar position;
• Very good computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel);
• Thorough knowledge of an international language;
• Pleasant physical appearance, pleasant presence, kindness, solicitude;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to make quick, efficient and responsible decisions; very good planning and organizational skills.

Skills:

• Minimum secondary education;
• A qualification course in the field is a major advantage.
