Job Description
- Responsible for the quality of information, reservation and accommodation services offered to hotel customers;
- Receives customers, identifies their requirements and provides the necessary information;
- Registers, schedules and assigns clients;
- Checks documents presented by clients and completes records / keeps computerized records of clients;
- Receives, registers and stores customers’ valuables;
- Issue payment notes, collect payment for services and organize the departure of clients;
- Verify and resolve, within the limits of competence, customer complaints;
- Identifies critical situations and makes them known to authorized persons/superiors.
requirement
- Qualification studies in the field;
- Minimum 6 months of experience or in a similar position;
- Very good computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel);
- Thorough knowledge of an international language;
- Pleasant physical appearance, pleasant presence, kindness, solicitude;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to make quick, efficient and responsible decisions; very good planning and organizational skills.
Skills:
- Minimum secondary education;
- A qualification course in the field is a major advantage.
