Job Description
The role involves coordinating the daily farm activity and managing the team of workers, so that the work is carried out in an organized, efficient and timely manner. You will be responsible for planning the activities, distributing the tasks and constantly monitoring how they are executed in the field.
It is important to ensure that the work is carried out correctly and to the desired standards, monitoring the quality and intervening quickly when problems arise. You will keep in touch with the management to report progress and to adjust the activities according to the situations in the field.We want a person who not only coordinates, but also actively gets involved with the team, contributing to maintaining discipline and a well-organized working environment.
