- Secondary or higher education (economics, agriculture – advantage)
- Experience in a similar role is welcome
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
- Very good organization (the kind that doesn’t miss anything… not even an act from 2019)
- Attention to detail – because every number counts
- Availability for field trips, driving license category B
- Good communication skills (you will work with very different people)
- Patience + practical sense = the ideal combination

Job Description
In short: you will be the man who keeps things in order between documents, farmers and city halls
. In detail:
- Prepare and manage lease contracts and addenda
- Check the documents received from the farm managers (attention to detail is your superpower)
- You take care of registering contracts at city halls
- Enter and update data in the rental program
- Organize and archive documents (order = peace)
- Participate in the field when granting the lease
- Check payment documents and send them to accounting
- You keep payments under control and make sure everything is done correctly and on time
- You deal with taxes, garnishments and other administrative “joys”
- Discuss with landlords and manage any disagreements (calmly and diplomatically)
- Prepare accurate receipts and payment instructions
- Respect the procedures and report any irregularities in time
