📢 We are hiring HVAC and Sanitary Installation Engineeris expanding its team and looking for an experienced colleague who will actively contribute to the coordination and execution of projects in the field of HVAC and sanitary installations.We are looking for an organized, practical and involved person, capable of managing site activities and collaborating effectively with implementation teams, subcontractors and beneficiaries.
🔹 What we are looking for:
• higher technical education – Faculty of Construction Installations;• minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;• practical experience in HVAC, sanitary and mechanical installations;• good ability to organize and coordinate site activities;• AutoCAD 2D knowledge – basic/intermediate level;• MS Office knowledge;• category B license;• specific authorizations/certifications in the HVAC field are an advantage.
Job Description
🔹 What you will do:
• you will verify and validate the technical solutions and materials proposed for implementation, according to the technical project and the legislation in force;• you will coordinate and supervise the HVAC and sanitary works carried out by your own teams and/or subcontractors;• you will monitor compliance with deadlines, quality standards and execution schedules;• you will maintain contact with beneficiaries and teams in the field;• you will prepare work reports and report the real status of the projects;• you will contribute to the preparation of the technical documentation and the Construction Book together with the RTE and the site supervisors;• you will participate in identifying the optimal technical solutions for ongoing projects.
