Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to work in a team
- Completed secondary or specialized studies, or specialization course in one of the following professions: electrical technician, electromechanical technician, automation technician, etc.
- Previous experience in the production field – knowledge of technological processes, equipment and/or automation systems is an advantage
- Computer operating skills
- Knowledge of English at a minimum or conversational level
- Availability to work in shifts
- To be a methodical, rigorous person, capable of understanding a process at the production flow level.

Responsibilities:
- Developing capabilities to use state-of-the-art technologies in the production environment and responsibilities regarding them
- Setting parameters for production equipment
- Active involvement in the installation and commissioning of equipment
- Ensuring compliance and optimization of the production process in the long term, using advanced technological standards
- Establishing and executing preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance
- Leading external supplier teams and participating in the necessary adjustments to machinery and installations to achieve established parameters
- Interventions to identify and remedy possible defects in production facilities
- Carrying out complex operations regarding the assembly and repair of machinery in the production space
- Active involvement in the installation and commissioning of equipment
- Training of operators and maintenance personnel for the delivered system
- Identifying and recommending changes or improvements to the production process – improving the productivity of manufacturing lines
- Monitoring the implementation of the proposed actions on the ground and communicating with the people involved
- Participation, together with the constructor, in the necessary adjustments to the machinery and installations to achieve the established parameters
