What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- High school diploma (preferably agricultural, public catering or biochemistry)
- Courses or certifications in the field of food technology are an advantage
- Experience in the food/dairy industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of operating milk processing equipment
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Checking the quality of milk and ingredients used
- Operation and configuration of pasteurization equipment
- Monitoring of operating parameters: temperature, pressure, processing time
- Dosing and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Coordination of fermentation processes for yogurts and cheeses
- Daily sanitization of equipment and workspaces
- Identifying and reporting technical issues
- Compliance with HACCP standards and food safety rules
- Permanent collaboration with the production team, Quality department and management
