Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a

Junior AI/ML Engineer passionate about artificial intelligence and automation, who will participate in the development of modern AI applications based on LLMs, automated workflows and integration with existing software systems.The role covers both the area of

AI Engineering (applications on top of foundation models: LLM apps, RAG, prompt and context management) and exposure to the area of

ML Engineering (data preparation, model evaluation, monitoring). In addition to delivering applications, the role includes a

research and development component : testing new models and techniques, building proof-of-concepts and evaluating their applicability in our products. It is suitable for someone with a solid foundation in programming, who wants to build real AI applications — not just prototypes — and grow in an environment with mentorship from senior engineers.

Developing and integrating AI applications using LLM models
Implementing integrations through APIs and automations
Participation in the construction of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, under guidance
Optimizing AI prompts and workflows
Testing, debugging and improving the performance of AI applications
Data preparation and processing
Participation in research and development activities: exploring new models, frameworks and techniques in the field of AI/LLM
Building proof-of-concepts and experiments to validate technical solutions, under the guidance of senior engineers
Participation in projects involving training and evaluating ML models
Support in monitoring the performance of models in production
Collaboration with the product and software development team
Documentation of technical solutions

Mandatory

Technical Requirements

Solid programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithmic logic, OOP principles)
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience with Python (professional experience, internship or relevant personal projects)
Good knowledge of:

REST APIs

SQL

Basics of statistics (required for working with data and evaluating models)
Cloud basics
Experience with at least one AI API:

Understanding fundamental concepts for LLM applications:

Working level English (reading technical documentation and API docs, written communication)
