We are recruiting a results-oriented Branch Manager to coordinate the activity of a branch in a dynamic logistics and transport company. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, with direct impact on local business development and financial performance.
Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Coordination and development of transport and logistics operations at local level
- Team management: recruitment, motivation, evaluation and professional development
- Ensuring the achievement of financial objectives (P&L, budgets, KPIs)
- Developing the customer portfolio and strengthening commercial relationships
- Monitoring service quality and optimizing operational processes
- Implementing company strategies at branch level
- Managing relationships with partners, authorities and other stakeholders
Searched profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Branch Manager, Operations Manager or Logistic Manager)
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Experience in coordinating budgets and achieving commercial objectives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented and continuous improvement
- English language – at least intermediate level
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP/TMS systems is an advantage
