Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and efficiently distribute team members on location;
• Provide training, support and feedback to team members, working alongside them on location;
• You manage raw materials, place orders, check product quality;
• Participate in daily, weekly and monthly inventories at the location;
• You ensure that work standards and procedures are respected;
• You ensure that performance indicators are met;
• You efficiently manage requests and complaints from customers.
