Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and efficiently distribute team members on location;
- Provide training, support and feedback to team members, working alongside them on location;
- You manage raw materials, place orders, check product quality;
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly inventories at the location;
- You ensure that work standards and procedures are respected;
- You ensure that performance indicators are met;
- You efficiently manage requests and complaints from customers.
