The Egreta Hotel* team in Tulcea is expanding its team!
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist the chefs in food preparation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- preparing the ingredients,
- cleaning and maintenance of the work space,
- supporting the chefs during the preparation of dishes,
- compliance with the recipes and instructions received.
Requirements:
- previous experience in a kitchen (an advantage),
- basic knowledge of culinary techniques,
- the ability to work in a team,
- attention to detail,
- resistance to stress and the ability to work at a fast pace. Skills:
- minimum secondary education;
- a qualification course in the field is a major advantage.
- knowledge of food hygiene rules (HACCP) and how to use kitchen utensils.
