Requirement
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Solid knowledge of traditional and modern cuisine;
- Creativity and initiative in developing new dishes and menus;
- Ability to organize and adapt quickly depending on customer flow and operational requirements;
- Knowledge of recipe book management, calculation and optimization of consumption;
- Attention to detail in inventory taking and stock management;
- Compliance with hygiene, food safety standards and internal procedures;
- Leadership, communication and coordination skills of a united and high-performing team;
- Orientation towards results, efficiency and quality.

- Coordination of kitchen activity during the shift;
